Harmony Hub Health
Welcome to the Harmony Hub Health Podcast, where functional medicine meets real-life wellness, and we go beyond treating symptoms to uncover the why behind your health concerns.
I'm Michele Postol, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Functional Medicine provider, and founder of Harmony Hub Health in Westminster, Maryland.
With over 26 years of hospital experience, including critical care and liver transplantation, and more than 15 years as a Nurse Practitioner, I've seen both the incredible power of conventional medicine and the importance of looking deeper when it comes to chronic illness, prevention, and optimal health.
My passion is helping people connect the dots between hormones, gut health, metabolism, inflammation, genetics, environmental toxins, and the nervous system. I believe that feeling better isn't just about managing symptoms, t's about understanding your body and creating the right environment for it to thrive.
Each episode, we explore everything from functional medicine, hormone optimization, autoimmune conditions, and metabolic health to regenerative therapies, longevity, peptides, and emerging wellness innovations. We break down complex health topics into conversations that are relatable, educational, and empowering.
I'll share clinical insights, patient experiences, emerging research, and sometimes my own personal health journey, because wellness isn't always a straight line, even for healthcare providers!
My mission is simple: Help you stop surviving and start thriving.
Whether you're struggling with unexplained symptoms, navigating midlife changes, or simply looking to optimize your health and longevity, there's a place for you here.
Let's get curious, challenge conventional thinking, and discover what it really means to live in harmony with your health.
